This policy explains how BrokerCortex handles personal data collected through this website. It applies to every page on the domain, including the company overview, the article section and the legal pages.

We publish company reference material and reader feedback. We are not a financial services provider and we do not open accounts, hold funds or execute transactions of any kind.

We collect only what you send us, plus basic technical data that any web server records.

• Contact form data: your name, phone number and email address, together with any message you choose to include.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the time of your visit.
• Analytics data: aggregated page views and navigation paths, where analytics tools are enabled.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment details, bank information or any other financial data. Please do not send them.

Contact form data is used to answer your request and, where relevant, to follow up on a correction you have reported. Technical data is used to keep the site available, to detect abuse and to understand which pages readers find useful.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

Contact enquiries are retained for up to twenty four months and then deleted, unless a longer period is required to resolve an ongoing matter. Server logs are retained for a shorter period, normally no more than twelve months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to submitted enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through a web form to us or to anyone else.
